This Privacy Policy explains what information OmniAppHub (the “Site,” “we,” or “us”) collects when you visit www.omniapphub.com or any of its subpages, how that information is used, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it. By using OmniAppHub you agree to the practices described below. If any part of this policy is not acceptable to you, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Who we are

OmniAppHub is a small collection of free, browser-based learning tools and games. The Site is operated by the OmniAppHub team. We do not require account creation, and we do not sell any product or service directly to you. The Site is supported by online advertising.

2. Information we collect

We collect a limited amount of information in two ways: automatically, when your browser requests pages from our servers, and through technologies operated by third parties on our behalf.

2.1 Information your browser sends automatically

Every request your browser makes to a web server includes certain information by design. When you visit OmniAppHub, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs this information so the Site can function, defend against abuse, and measure aggregate traffic. The information includes:

• Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which approximates your geographic region;
• Your user-agent string, which identifies your browser and operating system;
• The referring URL, if any, that brought you to OmniAppHub;
• The pages you requested and the time of each request;
• Standard network metadata such as TLS version and HTTP status codes.

2.2 Information stored on your device

Several apps on OmniAppHub use your browser's localStorage to remember preferences and progress between visits — for example, your best streak in Piano Ear Training, or the list of chores you have added in Family Chore & Reward Tracker. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to our servers, and can be cleared at any time using your browser's site-data controls.

2.3 Information collected by advertising partners

OmniAppHub displays advertisements served by Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. Google AdSense and its partners use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize advertisements. The specific data these partners may collect or process includes IP address, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, advertising identifiers, the pages you visit on OmniAppHub, and inferred interests based on your browsing history across the web.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies include web beacons, pixel tags, and the localStorage and sessionStorage interfaces built into modern browsers. OmniAppHub uses these technologies in two ways:

• First-party technical storage — to remember your in-app preferences and progress (for example, score history). This data is stored entirely in your browser.
• Third-party advertising technologies — Google AdSense and its partners use cookies and identifiers to serve, frequency-cap, and measure advertisements. This may include the DoubleClick DART cookie and similar mechanisms.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser's settings. Disabling cookies may degrade or break some site functionality and may cause you to see less relevant advertising rather than no advertising at all.

4. Third-party advertising — Google AdSense and partners

The following points apply specifically to Google AdSense and other advertising vendors that may serve content through Google's platform:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to OmniAppHub and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on those users' visits to OmniAppHub and other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You may also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info or, in the European Economic Area, youronlinechoices.eu.
• Google's privacy practices are described in its own privacy policy and in the How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services document.

OmniAppHub does not control the cookies, tracking technologies, or data collection performed by Google AdSense or its partners. We encourage you to review Google's policies before continuing to use the Site.

5. How we use information

We use the limited information we directly collect to operate the Site, diagnose technical problems, defend against malicious traffic, and understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not combine first-party server logs with third-party advertising data, and we do not build individual user profiles ourselves. Third-party advertising partners use the information they collect for the purposes described in their own privacy policies, which generally include ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization.

6. Children's privacy (COPPA)

OmniAppHub is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. The Family Chore & Reward Tracker is designed to be used by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child; the child does not interact with our servers directly, and any data entered (such as chore names) is stored locally in the parent's browser and never transmitted to OmniAppHub. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@omniapphub.com and we will work to delete that information promptly. Advertisements shown on OmniAppHub are configured to comply with applicable child-directed treatment requirements where required by law.

7. Your rights under GDPR (EU and UK residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws give you the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Right of access — to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and a copy of that data;
• Right to rectification — to have inaccurate personal data corrected;
• Right to erasure — to have your personal data deleted in certain circumstances;
• Right to data portability — to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format;
• Right to restrict or object — to ask that we limit, or that you object to, certain processing, including direct marketing and profiling;
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing;
• Right to lodge a complaint — with the data protection authority in your country.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@omniapphub.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. Because OmniAppHub does not require accounts, we may need you to confirm your IP address range and the approximate date of your visit so we can locate any logs that relate to you.

8. Your rights under CCPA and CPRA (California residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) gives you the following rights:

• Right to know — to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, and the purposes;
• Right to delete — to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
• Right to correct — to request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information;
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

OmniAppHub does not sell personal information for money. However, the use of third-party advertising cookies, including those operated by Google AdSense and its partners, may qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. To opt out, you may use the Google Ads Settings control linked above, configure your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — which we honor as a valid opt-out — or send an email request to admin@omniapphub.com.

9. Data retention

Server-side request logs maintained by our hosting provider are retained for the minimum period needed for security and operational diagnostics and are then deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course. Third-party advertising partners follow their own retention schedules described in their respective policies. Locally stored app data persists on your device until you clear it.

10. International data transfers

OmniAppHub is hosted on globally distributed infrastructure. As a result, when you visit the Site, the request may be served from, and logged in, a country different from the one you are visiting from. Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

11. Security

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS, which encrypts data in transit between your browser and our servers. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, in the services we use, or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the Site's homepage for a reasonable period.
